Do you think maintaining your firearm should be in the FCOR?

I am sitting here writing a post called ‘The Secrets of Carrying a Firearm’ (I’ll link it in once it’s done) and it occurs to me that having a properly maintained firearm that can do it’s job when needed is a very big thing.  I mean what is the point in following the FCOR to the letter if you don’t have a serviceable firearm when you need it?  There is very little point in carrying a firearm if you can’t shoot it, unless you’re just going to threaten (which is against the rules).

So comment below and tell me what you think about it.
